What is the history of Firstline? (top)
Firstline Communications Inc. is a privately held corporation founded in 1987 by Tim Maio and Eric Carlson. Their mission was to become the premier voice solutions provider in the northwest, specializing in phone systems and telephony applications. Both Tim and Eric currently own and manage the company.

Since 1999, our focus has been to help companies that want to migrate into a VoIP (Voiceover Internet Protocol) environment. We offer solutions including basic telephony, multi-site networking, call centers, unified messaging, mobility, video conferencing and collaboration tools. Firstline has successfully deployed thousands of systems including single location, multi-location, nationwide, and global implementations.
