Tim Maio – Founding Partner
Leading the Sales and Marketing efforts at Firstline, Tim has over 25 years of experience in business technology. He oversees all tactical and strategic initiatives for Firstline’s Sales and Marketing as well as Sales Management, Channel Management, Market Growth, and new Business Development. With several advisory board positions, Tim has years of experience working with partners and manufacturers to develop best practices, products, and programs in support of end users.
Experience, in-depth technical and product knowledge have allowed Tim to educate, guide and advise customers on the best IT solutions and services available. His belief is that it’s a personal responsibility to understand the customer’s business objectives and align those goals through education, process and partnership.
When not leading sales and account management for Firstline, Tim is an avid trail runner and enjoys spending time with his family in eastern Washington. Tim lives in Newcastle, WA with his wife and three children.
Eric Carlson – Founding Partner
As Vice President of Operations, Eric overseas the daily operations of Firstline. Eric is a results driven leader with more than 25 years of success in the communications industry. Eric has a proven record of exceeding the customer’s expectation and is experienced in account management, implementation services and vendor management. Eric’s skill set is focused on solution deployment and maintenance programs that ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Eric has extensive design, technical and management experience in communications, including VoIP, LAN and WAN technologies, voice and data cabling, and most IT technologies and infrastructure products. Eric leads a team of IT professionals, providing comprehensive technical and support services, including architectural design, project management, sales engineering, installation, training and ongoing support and managed services to Firstline’s customer and prospect account base.
When not managing day to day operations at Firstline, Eric enjoys spending time with friends and family and always has time for a round of golf or an afternoon of boating on Lake Washington. Eric lives in Bellevue, WA.
